Shipping & Returns

Pre-made arrangements will be despatched once payments have been received. Usually take between 1 to 3 business days.

 

Delivery fees can vary depending on the size of the arrangements and starts from $14.95 including GST.

 

Dried and preserved flowers are of delicate nature and they may have small breakages during transit. This is not considered as a product flaw or damage.

 

We use a Third Party Courier and we will carefully pack your order using the utmost care including labelling the carton as fragile and using foam/bubble wrap etc. However, once the goods have been shipped from our premises, it is out of our control as to how the courier driver has handled your parcel.

 

If your item is damaged during transit, please send us some photos including the outside carton showing the address label and the actual product. We will forward the photos to our courier provider but it is not guaranteed that the claim will be warranted by them and we cannot offer you with a credit or refund if the courier provider has rejected the claim.
