Aftercare
The best thing about dried and preserved flowers is that they are not high maintenance like fresh flowers or plants. They require little to no maintenance at all. However, we highly recommend you keep your beautiful arrangements out of direct sunlight, high humidity and windy areas.

We also recommend using a soft brush or hairdryer on cool setting to remove any loose dust. As dried and preserved flowers are a natural product, please bear in mind that light shedding may occur over time. This is not a product flaw.
Delivery Policy
We aim to despatch your order within 1 to 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.
We use a Third Party courier and delivery timeframe can vary from state to state. Once our order has been despatched, a tracking number will be provided. Please check the tracking number for delivery status/update.
We do not have direct contact with the courier company or their driver and therefore, will not be able to advise you of the delivery time, date etc. However, if your order is not received within the provided timeframe by the transport company, please send them an enquiry so they can investigate the issue.

Custom orders can take between 1 to 3 weeks and this will be discussed prior to order confirmation.

Full payment will be required for all custom orders once confirmation email/invoice has sent. Please be advised that we will not be able to commence the production until the invoice has been paid.

Any adjustments made after the order confirmation will incur additional charges and a delay in production/shipping time.

Please choose carefully as we not offer exchanges or refunds on custom orders.

You can send us images of the colour scheme but we will not copy someone else's hard work.
Product Substitution
Due to the availability of certain flowers, occasionally we may substitute some products in order for us to recreate your bouquet. However, care is taken to maintain the style and colour scheme of the arrangement by using flowers of equal or more value.
